Description of OPN casings
OPN type casings, similarly as OP casings, are
assembled from plates made of thermosetting plastic. The OPN casings
by Sypniewski Sp. z o.o. may be 260 mm or 320 mm deep, according to
DIN standard.
The door of the OPN type casings open to an
angle of 180 degrees. The structure of the OPN casings enables for
the application of one merging plate in the case of merging OPN
casings of the depth of 260 mm. Moreover, the HS lock provides
three-point locking of the door. The foundations of the OPN casings
are provided with easy to disassemble front screens, i.e. foundation
screens.
Identification of OPN casings
The OPN casings may be constructed as follows:
OPN 462 - casing without foundation with steep roof
OPN 462F - casing on typical foundation (890 mm) with steep roof
OPN 462FF - casing on topped foundation (1 190 mm) with steep
roof

Furnishing and assembly of electrical
apparatuses in OPN casings
Inside of the OPN casings combs are provided
at the whole height of the sides for fixing special nuts to mount
the electrical apparatuses. This structural change enabled the
elimination of angle bars applied in OP casings. Thanks to that the
assembly of the equipment is easy and fast. Additionally, the
casings may be provided in a round insight hole to read the meter,
HS lock or HS ear-lock for padlock, plus the chosen lock insert. The
available locks are black or grey.
